Out of State Real Property Owned
Many times the cost is less to contact an attorney in the state where the real estate is located to prepare and record the Deed to your Trust (to avoid a probate of that property in the state where the property is located). That said, our office does prepare out-of-state Deeds and records them by mail. Cost will depend on state in which theproperty is located.
Business Ownership
If you own one or more businesses, there is a $75.00 cost to add a Business Assignment to Trust for each business you own to your estate plan.
